Expedition : Gnomeragan

1. First Investigation : stranges discoveries

General,

I have a request. Yesterday, I went with Lezorath, Sharna, and Coradté in the evil town of Gnomeragan. My goal was only the protection of the other watchers, but during this expedition I've notted that it would be very interesting for us Darnassus Sentinels, to go back there and take time to understand better the gnomish civilisation.

I'll explain my point of view.

I'm very suspicious towards gnome behaviour. In general they don't have any respect for us, nor for our forest, and they dirty it with their arfull engeniry, metalstrider, and their scientist or magic experiences.To search in their old town can give us some information about Gnome behaviour and civilisation. It's important to know better our ennemies. Yes, maybee i'll shock you, but gnome are not good ally. We can not trust them. We 'll be stronger if we know them better. It's why I find this expedition very important.

I suggest a mix team of Elune Templar (or sentinel who choose this way) and Warden (or sentinel who choose this way). Of course, I let you the decision of such an Expedition of investigation.

I wrote this letter long time ago, and we never fond the time to organise this important investigation mission. One night, I gather some volunteers and we met at Ironforge Gate for preparing this expedition in the depth of Gnomeragan.



I explain to Drypher, Phenomena, Alyana and Krofna why we were going in the old Gnome town. I really thing it’s important to understand better our enemies, or our allies.

We went in the metal town. It was hot, and I could not breeze like I need. I felt enclose like I was settled in a gnomish machine. They had a lot of Troggs..I think it’s creature form the caves. They make such troubles that the gnome had been forced to escape from their own town.


We helped a gnome who was lost in the caves.



It was an amazing place, with strange and giant engines…for which use ? We didn’t have the time to discover it. Gnomeragan was unrelenting: Alyana and Krofna lost their life.



Fortunately I found their bodies among the crushing stones and piece of machineries and I could raise them to life.

We need to go back in this Evil town, investigate every room, and understand this important question: what are their goals? Why gnomes imagine such things? Maybe they are plotting an awful plan of world invasion with their machines.

Second and Third Expedition : World invasion planed ?

I had employed a mysterious elf to spy the dwarven village. She went in the mountain, and she began to live like them.



She learn typical dwarf crafting, learn how to use a pick, learn to find the precious metal in the stone…



She was sent to speak with them, take information about their tasks, their uses, their custums…Know them better…



She run through the mountain and she found the entrance of Gnomeragan. What she saw amazed her. Toxic smoke gets out the ground, and recovers the sky with awful green clouds. She sent me a letter where she said that there were problems with gnomes. They had strange activities, they seemed to prepare something. I still don’t know if she was talking about irradiates gnomes or healthy gnomes. But my decision was taken. I had see enough last time I came to worried. It was my duty to ascertain gnomes were not planed a World Invasion.



We gather before Ironforge Gates : Shademi, Zuzia and Djb. I explained them our mission and we enter in the awful metal city.



We met there a mage, a human who speak with an awful accent. It was uneasy to understand him. He was alone. I could not let him gone in the mechanic evil without help. So, Dexter join our group.



We tested a lot of the machinery which stand there. We tried to understand their use. But it still stayed a full mystery for us.

There had a lot of Trogg. I doubt that they were come there by accident. I more believed it was an army engaged by gnome to scary the “visitor”. The fact they had a “clean zone” without any emergency comforted me in this idea. But Shademi was not agreeing with me.



We find a gnome. I tried to make her speak, but it was useless, I could take no information from her.




We continued our exploration deep inside the metal town, visiting strange room full of irradiate creature, or mechanic robots. With time, I began to believe it was not gnomes who planed a world invasion…but the irradiate gnome they created y accident with their stupid inventions. We find a lot of war machine. Even flying war machine….This place was like an arsenal.







The morrow, I came back with another group : Thearr, Phenomena, Arkashan, and a warrior who was not a Sentinel Suo.





We take time to analyse the flying war machine, and Suo and Thearr discover a lot of weapon and explosive. If gnome or irradiated gnome wants to invade us …they can do it without difficulties. But I could not take any prove of this… Maybe we will be forced to came back there…once more.
